Qualifications and Requirements

2. ADMIN OFFICER VACANCIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate student registrations and exam entries with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and the British Council.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, visitors, and educational authorities.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance data, and academic documentation.
  • Assist the Secondary School management with daily schedules, timetables, and event coordination.
  • Ensure all administrative processes strictly comply with British Council Child Protection and Safeguarding policies.
  • Manage school correspondence, reports, and internal communications with high professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a Cambridge International school environment.
  • Proven experience handling British Council exam portals or Cambridge school registration tools is highly preferred.
