SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER PRODUCTION
Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Production, depending on qualifications, experience, and proven track record.
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production professional to join our apparel manufacturing team and take responsibility for achieving production targets while maintaining efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Apparel, Textile, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10–12 years of apparel production experience, preferably covering woven and knit ladies' fashion garments, with supervisory/management experience.
- Strong knowledge of cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and overall production flow.
- Ability to plan and monitor daily/weekly production against shipment requirements.
- Proven ability to achieve production output, efficiency, quality, and delivery targets.
- Experience managing multiple production lines, including line balancing and effective manpower/machine utilization.
- Good understanding of SMV, earned minutes, available minutes, line efficiency, and productivity.
- Ability to allocate manpower based on SMV, skills, workload, and production requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve bottlenecks such as machine breakdowns, absenteeism, fabric issues, and operator skill gaps.
- Ability to work closely with IE, QA/QC to identify and resolve production-quality issues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage Production Executives, Supervisors, Line Leaders, and operators.
- Excellent coordination with IE, Quality, Cutting, Technical, Merchandising, and Planning teams.
- Ability to prepare, analyze, and act on production, achievement, and efficiency reports.
- Good English communication skills, including email communication and management reporting.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly when production is behind plan.
- High level of accountability for output, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
SALARY
Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and proven track record.
