Key Responsibilities
- Operate screen printing machines according to production requirements.
- Prepare screens, inks, and printing materials.
- Monitor print quality and colour accuracy.
- Maintain equipment and ensure efficient production.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in screen printing operations.
- Good understanding of screen preparation, ink mixing, and colour matching.
- Ability to identify and resolve printing defects.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
