Executive - Quality Assurance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance (QA) in the food industry.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Age: Below 35 years.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
- Handle and ensure compliance with EU export requirements and Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources requirements related to fish and fishery products, including relevant documentation and certification.
- Conduct inspections and verification activities related to raw materials, production processes and finished products.
- Maintain QA records, reports and relevant documentation.
- Identify quality and food safety issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Support internal audits, inspections and continuous improvement activities.
