Manager – Shipping
Enrich Tea & Food Exports (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Shipping to lead and manage our international shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in export operations, shipping documentation, and international trade regulations within the tea and food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end shipping operations, including coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation standards, and customs requirements
- Optimize shipping processes to minimize costs and improve operational efficiency
- Manage shipping documentation
- Handle shipment schedules and resolve any Shipment related issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to align shipping activities with production and export schedules
- Monitor and maintain relationships with logistics service providers to ensure service quality
- Prepare and analyze shipping reports to support management decision-making
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in shipping and logistics within the food export industry
- Prior experience in the tea and food industry is essential
- Proficiency in handling international shipping documentation and processes
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with global stakeholders
