ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans for Spinner and Suncrush.
- Support the planning and execution of advertising, promotional and brand activation campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative teams, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Support the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and brand communication.
- Monitor brand performance and prepare regular reports and market analysis.
- Assist in planning and executing consumer promotions, events, and trade activities.
- Ensure brand integrity and alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to achieve brand objectives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, preferably in the FMCG or Beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand development.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media campaigns will be an added advantage.
