Executive - Warehouse / Junior Executive - Warehouse
Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Warehouse Management / Logistic or equivalent from recognized institute.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Store / Warehouse function within a reputed organization.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies, inventory management, logistics coordination, data analysis, safety compliance, technology proficiency, quality control, vendor relations and problem solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other tools; experience in SAP is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player with leadership qualities.
- Ability to effectively manage and guide warehouse minor staffs.
- Experience in finished goods handling, loading operations, inventory control, and warehouse documentation will be an added advantage.
