MEDICAL NURSE
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A recognized Nursing NVQ Level 4 / Diploma or relevant qualification.
- Age between 20–40 Years.
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a similar capacity at a reputed hospital or healthcare institution.
- SLMC / SLCN / PHRSC / NAITA certification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ready to work as a team player, dynamic with drive and ambition.
- Living in close proximity to Kadawathā will be an added advantage.
WARD MASTER
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in ward management in a reputed hospital or healthcare institution.
- Strong leadership and staff coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of patient care, ward management and hospital procedures.
- Ability to handle patients, staff and hospital operations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
- Living in close proximity to Kadawathā will be an added advantage.
