PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead design and execution of residential and commercial projects
- Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Supervise site activities and coordinate with project stakeholders
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Degree or equivalent qualification in Project Manager / Construction Engineering
- Strong experience in project management and engineering design
- Excellent knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
