Supervise and coordinate daily road construction activities on site.
Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and maintain site productivity to meet project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize project performance.

BSc in Engineering is mandatory (with IESL and ECSL)
3 – 4 years of experience in road construction projects.
Good knowledge of construction methods, project coordination and site management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site tasks.
Willingness to travel when required
