TAHOMA COCONUT PRODUCTS (PVT) LTD. IS AN EXPORT ORIENTED ORGANIC COCONUT PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING COMPANY LOCATED AT KATANA IN WESTERN PROVINCE. WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR DYNAMIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM TO FILL THE BELOW MENTIONED VACANCY.

QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE
CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE,
- Degree in food science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Ability to handle foods safety systems management documentation.
- Hands on experience in quality management and laboratory practices of desiccated coconut and virgin coconut oil production
- Male candidates are welcome to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and maintain FSMS including GMP, HACCP, IFS food and company quality management systems.
- Plan, Conduct and monitor physical inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify compliance with internal and export quality standards.
- Perform routine quality checks against defined parameters such as moisture content, particle size, color, odor, texture, and microbiological limits (where applicable).
- Carry out sensory evaluation especially Virgin Coconut Oil, including assessment of aroma, taste, clarity, and overall acceptability.
- Coordinate laboratory testing and conduct staff training on hygiene and food safety practices.
- Record, analyze, and maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results and production reports.
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to maintain consistent product quality.
- Verify compliance with export quality requirements and customer specifications.
- Review packaging material specifications to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain product traceability systems (Sample retention and Labelling).
