PROJECT COORDINATOR
Photo Retouching Team

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience in project coordination or creative production is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Task Management: Creating and managing tickets, process Sessions, initial image delivery & file management.
- Cross-Office Liaison: Act as central bridge between Sri Lanka & US Teams, ensure smooth communication for global Workflow Management.
- Task Tracking & Workflow Coordination: Monitoring due dates, Follow-up on image selects & retouching comments to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Project Documentation & Communication: Support administrative activities including schedules, status updates, and project reports.
