NEXT Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd is the leading supplier of high-quality knitted and woven wear to our parent company, NEXT PLC UK, one of Britain’s leading high-street fashion retailers. We’ve been in Sri Lanka since 1994, rapidly expanding over the years.
We have an opening at our factory in Katunayake.

We’re looking for a proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. Are you the next to join NEXT?
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PARTIALLY OR FULLY QUALIFIED)
- CA Sri Lanka: Business or Corporate Level
- AAT Sri Lanka: Fully Qualified
- CIMA: Operational or Management Level
- ACCA: Applied Skills Level
EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in general accounting, auditing, or bookkeeping (prior audit firm training is an added advantage)
- Experience with ERP software, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems such as MS Dynamics, SAP, or QuickBooks is highly advantageous
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Sound knowledge of taxation, including VAT, Income Tax, WHT, and APIT
SOFT SKILLS
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet strict deadlines for month-end closing
