Boehm & Leckner Multi Moulds (Pvt) Ltd is a leading mould making and injection moulding facility located in EPZ Katunayake. Our key export markets include the USA, EU, UK, Germany, Australia, and South Africa.
BLMM is a subsidiary of Tramec LLC (USA), an international company with an annual turnover exceeding USD 500 Mn. The core business of Tramec is supplying air brake systems and related accessories for heavy vehicles in the USA and EU.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our people function and support our continued growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in HR (CIPM / PQHRM) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee performance management, training & development, and succession planning.
- Ensure effective employee relations and grievance handling.
- Manage compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and HR system administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
