Counsellor - Katunayake & Kandy
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and patient Counsellor to support our employees and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently implement and manage the company's employee grievance mechanism.
- Provide professional counselling and support to employees when required.
- Identify employee concerns and support appropriate solutions.
- Conduct employee awareness and training programmes related to well-being, workplace relationships, and related topics.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Psychology and/or Higher Diploma in Counselling.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, patient, and able to work independently.
- Female candidates are preferred.
