SHOWROOM MANAGER
Leading hardware items distribution company situated in Makola, Kiribathgoda is seeking a detailed oriented and proactive showroom manager to oversee showroom operations and support customer service and sales functions.
LEAD & GROW
Drive sales targets and implement strategies to grow revenue.
MANAGE TEAM
Lead, supervise and motivate the showroom team to achieve performance goals.
CUSTOMER FOCUS
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a showroom or retail manager (hardware industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hardware tools, building materials, and related products
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Good inventory management and merchandising skills
- Proficient in MS Office and POS/inventory software (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Diploma or degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field (preferred)
