JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote the company’s services and support business growth.
- Manage and promote the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for social media posts, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Support social media marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct client meetings, visits, and regular follow-ups.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Support business growth and achieve assigned targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
- At least one year of experiences in Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business Development
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, self motivated and target oriented
- Good negotiation and presentations skills
- Ability to work in Kiribathgoda area onsite
LOCATION: Kiribathgoda
SALARY: Basic Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives
