ABOUT THE ROLE
Step into the world of B2B technology, within one of Sri Lanka's leading technology ecosystems. You’ll work alongside the Marketing and Corporate Communications team on live content, campaigns and social media, gaining hands-on experience in how a global technology brand builds, shapes and carries its voice across markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media, the website, email campaigns, and internal communications.
- Support campaign execution — asset coordination, proofreading, uploads and basic reporting.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content planning.
- Maintain the content calendar, marketing asset library, and brand documentation.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, mentions and relevant industry conversation.
- Support employer branding, employee engagement, and event activity as required.
- Assist the team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing, content, and brand communications.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Organised, dependable, and able to work to deadlines.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or basic video editing
- Prior content, campus media or volunteer marketing experience
- Awareness of SEO and analytics basics
