New Wings UK Consultants is a well-established international education consultancy, registered in England, Wales & Sri Lanka. We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused professional to join our team.
YOUR ROLE
- Build strong relationships with existing & prospective clients and parents
- Follow up inquiries to increase customer conversion
- Maintain regular communication through phone, WhatsApp, email & digital channels
- Ensure client concerns are followed up and resolved promptly
- Coordinate closely with the Admissions & Administration teams
- Meet clients and deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, positive and customer-focused personality
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work towards conversion targets
- Previous experience in customer relations, sales, education consultancy or a similar role is an advantage
