We are a leading Sri Lankan plastic packaging solutions provider with including printed laminated tubes exclusively catering to local and multinational brands with innovative and reliable solutions to food packaging, beverages, chemical, pharmaceutical and personal care products while adhering to high safety and environment standards with the accreditation of ISO 9001:2015 & 22000:2018. We are seeking Young energetic & qualified Individual for the position of Factory Manager for our Factory located in Matugama.
Shift In charge - ( Executive level )
Required Qualification & Experiences:
- Technical qualification in Diploma level or any other equivalent qualifications.
- Should have more than 5 years experiences in manufacturing sector and having experiences in plastic industry will be added qualification.
- Knowledge on problems solving and analytical tools is essential.
- Excellent communication and ability of use computer office package.
- Applicants those who had not been qualified with according to the requested academic qualification, but having significant experiences are also welcome.
- Age in 30-45 years
- Candidates should have to work on shift basis.
