ACADEMIC PRINCIPAL, MANAGER, SECTIONAL HEAD
MATUGAMA/PILIYANDALA BRANCHES (FULL TIME)
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or an equivalent field.
- Cambridge qualifications (CELTA, DELTA, TKT, Train the Trainer) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of academic leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple academic programmes.
- Proven experience in teacher development.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to lead organisational change.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
