ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and manage company tax submissions and statutory returns
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations, payments, and collections
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide accurate financial analysis to support decision making
- Maintain orderly filing and documentation of all accounts and transactions
REQUIREMENTS
- Two stages chartered qualified or ACCA qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
