JOB OPPORTUNITY: EXECUTIVE - WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
Job Summary:
Efficient inventory management, managing operations for receipts, storage, dispatch, record-keeping, ensuring proper procedures for items and sea-products, stock checks, form processing, and compliance with rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all consumables for identified needs and/or consumables.
- Collaborate with procurement and storage
- Verifies incoming items and incoming items
- Reporting damages, without damages of items
- Generate GRNs (handover to finance documents)
- Generate GRNs (manual and Excel)
- Document handover to finance documents
- Using AX system of inventory system alert
- FIFO and 5S adherence to stock and stores
- Regular audits for inventory, including auditing for products
- Inventory replenishment and management
- Process authorized MRNs and associated paperwork
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in SCM, Stores Management or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Inventory control knowledge
- Computer literacy (Excel, ERP)
- Good communication and multiple keywords
- Ability to work under pressure
