QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE
Join our team to ensure excellence in educational and administrative services through effective quality management and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Conduct internal quality audits and monitor corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards
- Prepare and control quality documentation and records
- Monitor KPIs and prepare quality reports
- Coordinate external audits and certification processes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Education Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance or ISO 9001 implementation
- Experience in the Education or Service Sector will be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and internal auditing
- Excellent documentation, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
