OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Location: Negombo Branch
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Manage data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor operational performance and support process improvements.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Ability to work with Excel formulas, data management, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English and Sinhala.
