Junior Executive-Cutting
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue career in apparel manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be energetic team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Role & Responsibility
- Ensure proper execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Supervise and manage cutting operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain safety standards by using appropriate safety equipment (e.g., metal gloves) during cutting operations.
- Maintain efficiency in cutting operations by implementing best practices and continuous improvements.
- Ensure accurate marker placement and fabric utilization to reduce material waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cutting area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Ensure proper layering and cutting for different styles as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper layering techniques to maintain fabric quality and prevent defects
- Monitor cutting operations and take corrective actions to maintain productivity and quality.
- Maintain workflow and ensure timely completion of cutting tasks as per production plans.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and take corrective actions when necessary
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the specific field.
- Communication skills in English
- Computer literacy
- Pro-active person to identify potential problems well in advance & take necessary corrective / preventive action
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, providing added value
