ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, AP, AR & Bank Reconciliation
- Experience in VAT invoices and VAT documentation
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
- Process sales invoices, VAT invoices, credit & debit notes
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Prepare VAT schedules and financial reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors and support finance operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree, Diploma or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance
- CA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA or AAT (Part Qualification is an added advantage)
