Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Facility Management operations across all locations.
- Manage Facility, MEP and Support Service teams.
- Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, security and overall facility standards.
- Manage budgets, assets, contracts and service providers.
- Ensure HSE, statutory and operational compliance.
- Drive external business canvassing and client development for FM, MEP and support services.
- Supervise external projects and ensure quality, timely and efficient service delivery.
- Drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related field will be an advantage.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Facility Management and MEP operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in business canvassing, client acquisition and external project supervision.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive Can-Do attitude with a strong business-oriented mindset.
