We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team at our Nugegoda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze management accounts, cost statements, and monthly financial reports.
- Develop and maintain effective costing systems to monitor product/service profitability.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
- Part or fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA, or equivalent accounting/ finance qualification.
- Thorough knowledge of management accounting and costing principles.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
