STUDENT COUNSELLOR
InSITE Campus – Nugegoda
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Student Counsellor to join our team immediately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to student inquiries and provide accurate information about academic programmes
- Guide prospective students through programme selection, registration and enrolment
- Follow up on inquiries and support student recruitment targets
- Maintain student records and inquiry databases
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
- Assist with promotional events and student recruitment activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous experience in student counselling, education marketing or a related position
- Strong communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala; Tamil language skills will be an advantage
- Computer literacy and familiarity with social media and digital communication platforms
- A target-oriented and student-focused approach
- Ability to join immediately
