COMPANY BACKGROUND
ANATONZ, is a popular brand known in the Sri Lankan local market for its finest Linen products for Men's since 2009, the brand value has been increasing with the creativity of styles, colours and the variety of products offered for Men's to suit many occasions.
All garments are manufactured within Grace Lanka Apparels (Pvt) Ltd. situated in Noel Mendis Mawatha, Modarawila Industrial Zone, Panadura and is comprehensively managed by our own professional teams.
E - COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor online sales through various E-Commerce platforms and digital channels
- Upload, update and maintain product listings, including product descriptions, prices, sizes, images and stock availability
- Monitor online orders from placement to successful delivery and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and messages product related questions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, returns, exchanges and other after sales matters
- Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience
- Ensure online platforms are regularly updated with new product, promotions, discounts and product information
- Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Independently manage day to day operations of e-commerce activities with minimum supervision
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in E-Commerce, online sales, digital sales or similar role
- Have good knowledge of product uploading and online catalogue management
- Have practical experience handling online selling platforms / marketplaces
- Be responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Experience in fashion / apparel industry will be an added advantage
