KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive growth
REQUIREMENTS
- Age below 55 years
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing/Sales Management
- Proven track record of driving sales teams to target achievement
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Full/Part qualification in Marketing, Business Management or related field
- Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Allowance
- Attractive Salary & Commission
