Senior Executive – Procurement

Responsibilities
- Planning and timely ordering of all Raw materials required for manufacturing operations.
- Select and evaluate suitable vendors and float inquiries for smooth procurement operations.
- Compare offers, vendor selection and prepare purchase orders in SAP.
- Monitor order deliveries as per the PO and interact with Finance for timely supplier payments.
- Maintain continuous contact with suppliers and related internal departments for timelines of deliveries.
- Prepare regular MIS for all activities and keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements
Education:
- Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain Management OR
- Relevant professional qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role (Preferably in Raw Material procurement)
Skills:
- Competence in SAP-MM Module
- Expertise in Import/Banking and Customs clearance procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills
