Sales Executive – Ferry Services

Job roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell onboard merchandise to passengers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure product availability.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Support merchandising and promotional activities onboard.
Qualifications
- GCE Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
- CDC Deck Rating Qualification.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the travel, tourism, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Candidates from Jaffna are preferred.
