Position

We are seeking a resilient professional with high emotional intelligence to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager - Administration at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Seeduwa. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who excels at overseeing comprehensive administrative operations, prioritizing high-volume workloads, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to, a Senior Administrator through calendar management, meticulous email monitoring, and seamless coordination of meetings, events and office activities.
  • Lead the administrative coordinator function for high level meetings, ensuring accurate and detailed minutes are recorded, and diligently track and follow up on all action items to ensure timely completion, with a strong emphasis on accountability and ownership.
  • Establish and oversee sophisticated filing systems ensuring the absolute integrity, security, and rapid retrieval of sensitive corporate information.
  • Prepare and submit various reports providing key information, in depth analysis and critical insights to facilitate informed decision making and approvals.
  • Serve as the primary interface for a Senior Administrator’s office, navigating complex stakeholder relationships with diplomacy, extreme discretion, and professional acumen.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or a Postgraduate Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Minimum of 05 years of proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or an Executive Assistant to a Senior Professional in an organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and trust.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala languages both written & verbal.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
