Qualifications and Skills
- Passed G.C.E A/L or having Diploma in Store management/Material Management from recognized institute or University
- Minimum 2 year of experience in the same role
- Computer literacy and sound knowledge in Office 365 (Especially MS Excel)
- Ability to manage timeline to achieve given tasks
- Proficiency in ERP systems will be an added advantage
- Good Communication and negotiation skill
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate physical stock records in line with system records
- Handling all Inwards & Outwards related to allocated locations
- Prepare stock reports and monitor stock levels to maintain healthy stock
- Properly maintain all relevant documents and records
- Managing and utilize staff effectively to achieve daily tasks
- Ensure warehouse operational targets are achieved within the given timeframe
