HR EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)
Integrity, a well-established & highly progressive group having Colombo based operations, has following job opening for immediate recruitment.
The person will be responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Induction and Orientation, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Career Planning, Grievance Handling, General Administrative matters
The ideal candidate should possess the following :
- Bachelor’s degree / Professional qualification in HR or Business Management from a recognized university or institute.
- Should be knowledgeable on HR related matters.
- Should have at least 3 years of hard-core HR experience in local organization
- Should be able to handle HR matters as per the guidance provided by senior management
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Sinhala languages
- Should be below 40 years of age.
