Direct Placement Executive / Visa Consultant

Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic female professional to join our team and help students achieve their global dreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling visa consultation and providing accurate guidance to students
- Assisting the manager on daily operations and administrative tasks
- Handling customer inquiries, leads and follow-ups professionally
- Counsel students and guide them in choosing the right career and programs
- Organising events, promotions and educational seminars
- Maintaining good relationships with students, partners and institutions
- Ensure high conversion rate and timely follow-up
- Work under pressure and meet individual & team targets
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa consultancy or student placement industry (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Target oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and social media
- Positive attitude, team player and self-motivated
