REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales & marketing, including experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Experience in the event management industry will be an added advantage
