ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Location: Rajagiriya
RTT Group is one of Sri Lanka's premier diversified business groups, with operations spanning transport solutions, automotive solutions, manufacturing, trading, and petroleum retailing. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and ambitious finance professional to join our Group Finance Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support management in maintaining accurate accounts, records and preparing timely monthly financial and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivables, supplier payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations.
- Manage daily cash flow, banking transactions, bank reconciliations, and payment arrangements.
- Ensure effective financial controls, investigate variances, monitor costs, and provide financial analysis to management.
- Assist with month-end/year-end closing, tax compliance, audit requirements, inventory reconciliations, and financial schedules.
- Ensure accurate processing through the ERP system and support continuous improvement of finance processes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Age below 35 years.
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, AAT or a Degree in Accountancy / Finance.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a mercantile/commercial organization.
- Hands-on experience in ERP-based accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
