Executive – Stores
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of raw materials & finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure stock aligns with production needs.
- Conduct regular stock audits, inspections, and physical counts to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain inventory systems and ensure timely issuance of materials to production.
- Monitor storage conditions to prevent damage and comply with safety standards.
- Prepare inventory reports and identify shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
- Implement effective stock control measures and work with suppliers for timely material deliveries.

Wattala Branch
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1+ years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficient in inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of safety and compliance in materials handling.
