Inventory Supervisor

What you need to do

  • Manage the uniform process by monitoring stock levels, placing timely orders, coordinating issuance and storage, conducting stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain uniform inventory accuracy by investigating stock variances, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating monthly stock-taking with Finance.
  • Manage vendor payment administration by coordinating with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely payments, cost recovery, and submission of monthly cost data.
  • Manage access cards by maintaining adequate stock, updating databases, processing new requests, replacements, renewals and deactivations, and ensuring proper issuance and recovery.
  • Maintain compliance and operational controls by following company policies, procedures, work instructions, and relevant security and safety requirements.
  • Support IMS and continuous improvement by identifying improvement opportunities, reporting non-conformities, recording accidents and near misses, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Experience in ERP systems with the ability to manage and update operational data accurately.
  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification, preferably with passes.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling records, inventory, and operational activities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
