HR EXECUTIVE – Recruitment
Join one of Sri Lanka’s leading fashion & lifestyle retail chains and be a part of our dynamic Human Resources team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Actively source candidates through field visits, including outreach to villages and local communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities and training institutes to create a talent pipeline
- Conduct headhunting through social media platforms and other innovative sourcing channels
- Screen, interview and evaluate candidates effectively
- Coordinate and support onboarding activities
- Assist in other HR functions and administrative tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and engage in field recruitment activities
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
- Familiarity with social media recruitment and modern sourcing techniques
