Creative Designer
Location: Head Office - Mahabage
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise creative design ideas and visual concepts for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Design and produce high-quality artwork for digital and print marketing materials in line with corporate brand guidelines.
- Retouch and colour-grade photographs while ensuring consistent quality and visual style. Cull, sort, and optimise image assets for web, print and digital platforms.
- Create engaging visual content for social media, internal communications, and marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows, improve productivity, and refine creative output.
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging AI technologies, recommending innovative ways to improve creative processes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop concepts and deliver creative assets on schedule.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of core design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, colour theory, brand identity, and image editing/retouching
- Ability to prepare artwork for both print and digital platforms, including social media
- Interest in AI-powered creative tools with a proactive approach to adopting new technologies
