SALES COORDINATOR (FEMALE)
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Organize and maintain the sales department's filing systems and databases.
- Work closely with other departments such as finance and logistics to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- 1 – 2 years of experience as a sales coordinator or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
