EXECUTIVE – OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Operations & Supply Chain to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize day-to-day supply chain operations for our clients, including sourcing, procurement, production management, logistics, and warehousing coordination. You will be the key liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate sourcing and procurement activities for products across various categories.
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate pricing, production schedules, and quality expectations.
- Oversee production timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate shipments (air, sea, and domestic freight), ensuring timely dispatch and tracking deliveries.
- Work with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers and warehouses to manage inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Solve operational issues quickly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to orders, shipping, inventory, and compliance requirements.
- Advise clients on best practices for scaling their e-commerce supply chain operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or logistics, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon (FBA), Shopify, and related fulfillment models.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international shipping processes, Incoterms, customs clearance, and warehouse operations is highly desirable.
