EXECUTIVE - INVENTORY CONTROL

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of spare parts and materials.
- Follow up on order schedules and air freight shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update inventory records and master data with accuracy.
- Monitor critical and accident-related spare parts inventory to minimize stock shortages.
- Support branches and operational teams in resolving inventory-related issues and identifying equivalent parts.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Management, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in inventory management, inventory control, supply chain operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Good IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in ERP systems or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the Automobile Industry would be a distinct advantage.
