Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant
We are a leading vehicle service provider in Biyagama, offering comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate for the post of Trainee Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our marketing and sales operations.
Experience and Qualifications
- Good communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Ability to work with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and other computer-based systems.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly performance targets.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and report daily customer feedback and update records accurately in Google Drive.
- Call customers to promote products and services and share promotional offers through WhatsApp groups.
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns (both indoor and outdoor) with management approval.
- Assist in planning promotional activities for special days and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor and support company social media platforms and online promotions.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and printing service providers.
- Prepare and organize marketing materials (banners, flyers, brochures, etc.).
- Monitor competitor activities and prepare monthly action plans.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Accounts Department, and Customer Care teams.
- Maintain proper documentation related to marketing activities.
- Submit weekly and monthly marketing reports to management.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of marketing-related assets and equipment.
- Carry out all assigned tasks effectively and in a timely manner as per management instructions.
Working Conditions
- Office-based position with occasional outdoor marketing activities.
- May require flexible working hours during campaigns and promotional events.

- ♦ Working Hours Monday to Saturday 7.45 AM - 5.30 PM
- ♦ Applicants must reside in Biyagama, Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, Kaduwela areas.
