Intern — Automation & Innovation

What you will do:
- Collaborate with IE and Technical teams to evaluate samples/sketches and develop simplified automation solutions that enhance product construction and manufacturing efficiency.
- Design, program, simulate, test, and implement automated machinery and processes, ensuring timely completion for sampling and bulk production requirements.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and workshops to align project deliverables with business requirements, ensuring execution within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Drive automation projects from concept to bulk implementation, including project planning, cost estimation, management reporting, and identifying automation opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and throughput.
Ideal profile:
- DB. Tech /B.Sc. or HND in Mechatronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electronic Engineering (Mechatronics Engineering is preferred)
- Good knowledge in 3D Mechanical designing (Solid Works Design) or similar
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify innovative engineering solutions and work effectively on technical projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
