Join Our Team as a Quantity Surveyor & Assistant Quantity Surveyor!
SSV Construction, we are a Building Services Engineering Company based in Homagama, managing construction projects across the country. We are seeking proficient, qualified, and dynamic individuals to join our team for the following position.
For a Quantity Surveyors
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience minimum 5 years in Building Constructions (Specialty Pre-Contract, Post-Contract and Tendering works).
- Fluent in English (To effectively communicate with clients, consultants and architects).
- Qualifications: BSc or equivalent.
- Additional skills in preparing Variations and proficiency in AutoCAD are advantageous.
For an Assistant Quantity Surveyors
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying related works.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Minimum Two year of experience in the construction field.
- Qualifications: HND, NDT, NCT, or equivalent.
- Additional skills - proficiency in AutoCAD are advantageous.
